If you do not have a Support Plan with us or if you need more support incidents you can purchase a plan that fit your needs on http://www.crmextensions.com/PurchaseList.aspx here you have the option of buying 1, 3 or 5 support incidents. When you have purchased a Support Plan you will receive a unique Support Plan ID which is to be used on the Support Portal. (we will set up a live meeting with a developer to give you full insight of the products of choice) · Support plans can be purchased at a significant discount or you can choose to pay-as-you go. When submitting a support request Please include all relevant information: version number, screenshots, course of action, stacktrace, etc.
Attention: ImportManager questions When requesting support on ImportManager, your request must at least include: - The imc- file (the current saved file you're trying to run)
- The version number (Goto "Help" → "About")
- The log file (Choose "Save log..." in the bottom pane)
- The language of the CRM system
- A detailed description of what you're trying to import
