Request Support

To accommodate the need of our partners and customers and to make sure that we provide the service and support to help you focusing on the business; we have launched the CRM Extensions Support Portal.

 
To submit a support request for a CRM Extensions product please go to the Support Portal: support.crmextensions.com
 
If you are a certified partner of CRM Extensions you have been granted 2 support incidents as outlined in previous communications from us. If you do not have a Support Plan with us or if you need more support incidents you can purchase a plan that fit your needs on http://www.crmextensions.com/PurchaseList.aspx here you have the option of buying 1, 3 or 5 support incidents.
 
When you have purchased a Support Plan you will receive a unique Support Plan ID which is to be used on the Support Portal.
 
This means
·         Better tracking on support request
·         Better response time on support
·         Bugfix support is free.
·         Partners is offered online education. (we will set up a live meeting with a developer to give you full insight of the products of choice)
·         Support plans can be purchased at a significant discount or you can choose to pay-as-you go.
 
Free online documentation
On our website you will find various sources of documentation, install- and user guides. Please refer to this before submitting a support incident.

 

When submitting a support request
Please include all relevant information: version number, screenshots, course of action, stacktrace, etc.

Attention: ImportManager questions
When requesting support on ImportManager, your request must at least include:
  • The imc- file (the current saved file you're trying to run)
  • The version number (Goto "Help" → "About")
  • The log file (Choose "Save log..." in the bottom pane)
  • The language of the CRM system
  • A detailed description of what you're trying to import
